Enrollment
A parent/guardian must enroll a student who is entering a Cincinnati Public School for the first time and should bring the following documents to the school:
- Proof of address
- Birth certificate
- Copy of child's Social Security card
- Health record
- Final report card from previous school (if applicable)
- Verification of kindergarten attendance, if entering first grade
The parent/guardian will be asked to complete a Student Registration Information Packet. This packet is available in the Main Office or can be accessed at the CPS website.
The packet should be updated as information changes.
